So much for finding out who the veep is by noon today! My cell phone hasn't left my side since last night. It spent the night next to my bed. It's within arm's reach right now.

I'm not entirely sure how random the Opt-in procedure they're using for WOTLK Beta access is. I guess they've just sent out a new wave of invitations because I got sent one a little while ago. Saying that, don't get carried away if you get an email, there are sure to be malicious password gobblers about.
Oh.. this 1.8gB download is going to kill me.

Sitting in Euston Station, waiting for the mythical moment known as 'off peak'. This is the time that people who didn't want to spend £107 on a day ticket, instead paying only £40 get to go home.
Suffice to say I am very tired. Two hour journey for a two hour meeting and now a two hour journey back. And then tomorrow I'm off to a field in Derby for the weekend.
But it was a good meeting.
On a side note, I saw a copy of 2000ad prog 1600 in the Euston WH Smiths.
THIS IS NOT GOOD ENOUGH MINIONS. I WANT THIS SOLD OUT.
Pretty please. Love you all. x
alsofine, posting in bunnyowners @ 09:24 am: Litter Training Help!

I need help with litterbox training... I did do a little research, but I'm a little at a loss right now.
So our bunny-boys are living in a hutch outside on our patio. Since we're working on litterbox training, they are living in only one section of the hutch. The boys were using the tray we have in a corner very well, and they have been for a couple of weeks. So I went ahead and opened up the closed off section of the hutch... and they peed in seperate corners of the new section and didn't use the other litterbox at all last night.
I'm kind of at a loss. I did put a corner box in the new section, but they pushed into the middle and then peed where they aren't supposed to... any suggestions? The inner part of the hutch is hard to clean and it drips down onto the floor.
Am I letting them them into a new section of the hutch too soon?
Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!
Edit: The reason I want to potty train them is so that they can have the whole run of the patio. Am I better off giving them all their space and then potty training them?
And all I'm concerned about is containing the urine, the poops are so easy to clean up, so I don't them them 100% potty trained.

hefnersbunny, posting in bunnyowners @ 12:16 pm: Death of a bunny.

I went to give him some treats on my way out the door to the gym and he was sort of thumping around irregularly. Somewhat immobilized, like he had a stroke or something. Letting Brian and I pick him up and prod him despite the fact that he's not the type of bunny who likes being pet. Something definitely wrong. Wouldn't eat treats.
We rushed him into a carrier to take him to the vet. By this time, he was very very lethargic and pretty limp.
We rushed him to the emergency vet. By the time they took him back, he was limp, unresponsive. They asked us if they could do CPR if necessary; we said "yes". By the time they came back to get us, his heart rate was 20, and he was't breathing. They put him on oxygen and it went back up to 180 and he was temporarily okay. They gave us a quote for his care ($1400 for a day, with no indication of what was wrong or whether or not there was any chance he'd make it). By the time they came back to discuss the quote, they told us that he'd stopped breathing, heart rate had dropped, and they were giving him CPR and wanted to know if they should stop. He was't responding. We told them to stop.
This was all in the span of an hour. My rabbit died before my eyes and I didn't even have the chance to really say goodbye or anything. They have no idea what caused it. He was neutered last week, but he's been FINE since then. I was prepping to get him a bunny friend and we were spending tons of time together and he was fine (great, even) and happy until I saw him tonight. Fortunately, he didn't appear to be in pain.. they said sometimes small-breed bunnies just have birth defects that do this sort of thing. It seems (to me, who's not a doctor) like it was a stroke or something.
We buried Bunnykins in a little casket in the woods behind our house, where the wild baby bunnies play all the time. It seemed appropriate.
I can not stop sobbing. I had plans for him, if that makes sense. It just seems so unfair. It's out of NOWHERE. I feel so lost. It's been years, actually, since the lost of any pet has ever affected me this hard.

Hi everyone. I just recently joined. I use to be a member of a lot of forums, but, eh. I quit those. I'm looking for some advice on my horse, though. I really need it :\ I'm going to put it behind a cut because the back story is kind of really long. I hope somebody can give me some awesome advice.
